House Renovations

It has been 13 years since my parents first bought our house in Markham. Since then we have not put much money into renovating our house except for our basement, which currently consists of a large family room, a rec room where we put our ping pong table and a kitchen which we historically used when we held parties. That's all going to change this summer when we transform our rec room and kitchen into 2 guest rooms. We will also be adding a washroom for convience.
