1st day of work

It's been a tiring day. It's the first day of work, and I've been given a project to do an analysis on the different ways of budgeting. My deadline is this Thursday. I was thinking to myself that governement jobs were supposed to be very slow and steady, but I can tell that this job is going to be different. This job will try to challenge me and push the stress meter up to the top. I've spoken to many of my friends and they seem to be just sitting around and having a great time because they can't get much done without their accounts being setup ...etc. My expectations for this job was high to begin with, so it didn't really surprise me on how practical this job was going to be.
