Rent
This is the first time I had to deal with these kind of tenants. So I was checking my bank balance yesterday and looked at the tranactions. One of them stood out soooo much. It was an NSF cheque that bounced. I am just so pissed because they didn't have any money in their account to pay me. I remember talking to them a month ago regarding the telepone bill.
Speaking of the telephone bill, I called up Bell Canada to check my account balance. Guess how much it was outstanding $389.47 The representative told me that there hasn't been a payment since Dec 20, which was the last time I had paid the telephone bill. Those guys actually owe me an extra $125 on top of that because I was given that credit last month for returning the phone that I did not activate.
Sigh... I think I will have to go into Waterloo soon to have a talk.
