Flames VS Lightning

It was a disappointing day, Canada still hasn't delivered the Stanley Cup in such a long time. I was at Fiasco's during the evening to catch the game while having dinner with some friends. A good get together before midterms begin. Another disappointment was the fact that not that many people showed up, but acceptable. Many people are working on their assignments and prefer to stay home and eat. I just don't get why so many people are worried about their marks. Being in university is supposed to be half fun and half work. I've known some people for a long time, and just don't get how they can spend all those hours cramming when things are really straight forward. I can't really stand doing hours and hours of work anymore. It's not in my personality anymore to do that. Perhaps if I was in High School, I would be more focused on marks, but eversince getting in here, I've taken a much more valued approach to school. As long as my marks are acceptable and I can find a job, that's all that matters.

So flames lost the stanley cup today, which should have been theirs Saturday night. However, they failed to deliver on their road win streak. Well, there's always next year for the cup right? So what's up next? Lakers VS Pistons.
