I gave blood

Yesterday, at around 3:30, I headed to school to try and do some work. But of course, I was once again side tracked because I passed by the Blood Donor's Clinic. On a typical day, I would just walk by it like every other day and just peer in to see who is donating blood. But I was compelled and had the heart to make a donation. It doesn't come everyday, but it was at that moment that I thought about all the people in the emergency room who need blood to live. Knowing that I could help but didn't do anything would scar me for life. I'm sure that if I was the one in the hospital asking for blood, would you roll up your sleeves to help?
